How does delivery work?
All orders within Australia come with free shipping.  I use Australia Post to send out orders, which usually take 3-5 days.

Do you offer international shipping?
Shipping can be arranged to United Kingdom, United States, New Zealand & Canada.  Please contact me direct if you wish to know more.

How long will my order take to process? 
I will try and have your order processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How do I track my order? 
All orders are tracked through Australia Post and I will email you your tracking number once your order has been sent.

Can I change items on my order? 
Yes certainly, please email me at linroseaccessories@outlook.com should you wish to make any changes to your order before being sent.

How do I return an item? 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item then please contact me direct.  I have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.  You will also need proof of purchase. 
Please contact me at linroseaccessories@outlook.com to start the return process.  Please note items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be refunded. 

How do I wash my scarf? 
In order to keep your scarf looking in good condition, I would recommend cold hand wash.

When can I expect new products to be listed on your website? 
I am always looking at making new accessories for you to discover. The best way to keep abreast is to join the Linrose Club, where you will be kept up to date with new products, news, exclusive discounts and more!
